Can someone explain to me what's going on with world leaders and their inappropriate signs of affection lately? First Putin's kissing some boy on the stomach and now Bush is giving hit-and-run massages to the German chancellor?!?
It's getting creepy.

If they weren't world leaders, wouldn't that be just a slightly-awkward greeting?

During sexual harassment training at Maryland we were told that such things were somewhere between "poor skills" and sexual assault. Either way... I want the phrase "poor skills" to start being used for these sorts of situations. -Kevin
